The C++ interface of VRPSolver is available as a compiled library in the folder rcsp located in the Tools folder of the BapCod distribution that can be downloaded from the BaPCod website.

Explanations on how to use the interface can be found in the BaPCod documentation (see Section 6 - VRPSolver extension).
